Any references to guitar styles, configurations, or model names are used strictly for descriptive compatibility purposes.

Epoxica is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any major guitar manufacturer.

All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Product Use Disclaimer

Epoxica products are aftermarket components intended for aesthetic and functional customization.

Buyer assumes full responsibility for:

• Confirming compatibility
• Verifying screw-hole patterns
• Verifying pickup configurations
• Ensuring proper installation

Epoxica is not responsible for:

• Improper installation
• Structural modifications
• Damage caused during installation
• Incorrect buyer model identification
• Alterations made after delivery

Professional installation is recommended when modifications are required.

2. Terms of Service

By purchasing from Epoxica, you agree to the following terms:

Order Acceptance

Epoxica reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order
• Limit quantities
• Discontinue products without notice

Orders are not considered final until payment is processed and confirmation is issued.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are final sale once production begins.

Because each item is handcrafted and made to order, cancellations may not be accepted after materials have been allocated or production has started.

Pricing & Modifications

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Epoxica reserves the right to modify product specifications, materials, and offerings as the brand evolves, including during Phase 2 production guitar development.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Loss of use
• Loss of income
• Installation-related damage
• Modification-related damage

Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

3. Warranty Policy

Limited Craftsmanship Warranty

Epoxica provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

This warranty applies to:

• Structural resin integrity
• Finish defects caused by production error
• Component failure not caused by misuse

Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from improper installation
• Damage from drilling or modifications
• Cracking due to impact
• Heat exposure beyond normal use
• Natural wear and surface scratches
• Cosmetic variation inherent to handcrafted resin
• Buyer remorse or aesthetic preference

Because each piece is individually handcrafted, natural variation in pattern, flow, or marbling is not considered a defect.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a claim:

• Contact Epoxica within 14 days of discovering the issue
• Provide clear photos
• Provide proof of purchase

Epoxica reserves the right to:

• Repair the item
• Replace the item
• Issue partial refund
• Deny claims that fall outside warranty coverage

Decision is made at Epoxica’s discretion.

Production Guitar Warranty (Phase 2)

When full production guitars are officially released, separate instrument warranty terms will apply and be published at that time.
