Epoxica Guitars, owned and operated by PixelPalette LLC (“Epoxica,” “we,” “our,” “us”), provides custom handmade guitar products, resin artwork, accessories, and digital goods. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. General Conditions

You must be at least 18 or have parental permission to make purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and restrict quantities at our discretion.

2. Handmade Product Disclaimer

All Epoxica items are handmade and one-of-one, including resin pickguards, knobs, guitar bodies, and custom artwork.

Minor variations such as:

• Pattern differences

• Micro-bubbles

• Texture changes

• Slight resin flow variations

are normal and not considered defects.

3. Production Times

Production times vary based on:

• Resin curing

• Complex designs

• Material availability

• Workload

• Season or demand spikes

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Returned Mail

Once a package is handed to a carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL), delivery speed and delays are outside our control.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to:

• Incorrect addresses

• Carrier delays

• Packages marked “delivered” but not received

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay reshipping fees.

5. Sales Policy

5.1 General Return Policy (Non-EU)

• All sales of pickguards, knobs, accessories, and custom orders have a 14 days.

• Only non-custom guitars may be returned within 14 days.

5.2 EU 30-Day Return Policy (Required by EU Law)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU:

EU customers may return non-custom items within 30 days, including:

• Standard guitar models

• Pre-made guitar bodies

• Non-custom, not-personalized products

EU 30-day returns do NOT apply to:

• Custom guitars

• Custom pickguards

• Custom knobs

• Any item made with your color ratios

• Personalized or made-to-specification items

Refunds are issued within 14 days after item inspection.

5.3 Backstock / Cancellation Fee (Guitars Only)

Custom guitars may require the purchase of resin, pigments, hardware, wood, or molds that cannot be reused.

If a custom guitar is canceled after materials have been purchased, a backstock fee applies:

Backstock Fee (Guitars Only):

• $50–$150 depending on materials already used

• Up to 50% of the order value if the resin pour or build has already started

There is no backstock fee for pickguards or knobs.

6. Restocking Fee (Guitars Only)

Only guitars may incur a restocking fee.

Restocking Fee (All Regions):

• 10%–20%, depending on condition and inspection

• Deducted from refund

This covers setup, repackaging, polishing, and hardware inspection.

Pickguards, knobs, and custom items never have restocking fees because they are final sale.

7. Damaged Orders

Damage must be reported within 48 hours with:

• Photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging

• Order number

Original packaging must be kept for claims.

8. Digital Products

All digital items (TouchDesigner files, presets, logos, templates) are non-refundable and protected under copyright law.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, molds, photos, resin designs, videos, digital files, and branding belong to PixelPalette LLC.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, except where EU consumer laws apply to EU customers.

🎸 GUITAR WARRANTY POLICY (90 Days)

Epoxica Guitars offers a 90-day limited warranty on guitars and full guitar bodies.

1. Covered Issues

• Structural defects

• Resin top delamination

• Hardware installation issues (if installed by Epoxica)

• Wiring or electronics defects (if supplied by Epoxica)

2. Not Covered

• Damage from over-tightening screws

• Cracks caused by improper installation

• Issues caused by heat exposure (hot cars, direct sun)

• Damage from third-party work or modifications

• Wear from normal playing

• Resin variations or small bubbles

• Chemical damage from cleaners

• Impact, drops, or accidents

3. Filing a Warranty Claim

Email info@epoxicaguitars.com with:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photos & video (if needed)

If approved, Epoxica may repair, replace parts, or offer a partial refund.

1. Installation Warning

Resin items can crack if screws are overtightened.
Use hand tools only — never a drill on resin.

2. Heat & Storage Warning

Avoid:

• Hot cars

• Direct sunlight

• Excess humidity

Heat damage is not warranty-covered.

3. Cleaning

Use:

• Microfiber cloth

• Mild soap & water

Avoid:

• Alcohol

• Acetone

• Solvents

• Abrasive cleaners

4. Liability

Epoxica Guitars is not responsible for injury, property damage, or equipment damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or third-party handling.
