Frequently Asked Questions
Pickguards
Are your pickguards printed?
No. Every Epoxica pickguard is fully handcrafted using layered epoxy resin and professional-grade pigments.
There is no printing, vinyl wrapping, or hydro dipping. Each design is individually poured and sealed by hand.
Will my pickguard look exactly like the photos?
No two pieces are identical.
While the color palette and visual direction remain consistent, natural resin flow and organic movement ensure every pickguard is truly one of one.
You are purchasing a handcrafted original — not a duplicate.
What techniques do you use?
Epoxica uses three proprietary resin techniques:
• Resin + Mica Powder Infusion – Metallic depth and shimmer
• Ink-Over-Pickguard Method (Sealed) – Controlled marbling and clean separation
• Resin + Ink Flow Overlay (Enhanced Depth Technique) – Expressive movement and layered depth
Each product listing specifies the technique used.
Are the colors durable?
Yes.
All pigments are permanently sealed beneath a clear resin topcoat that provides:
• Gloss finish
• Smooth surface
• Long-lasting color
• Protection from normal playing wear
How do I confirm fit?
Each listing clearly specifies:
• Guitar style
• Pickup configuration
• Screw-hole count
Please confirm your screw-hole pattern before ordering.
Ultra / Ultra II series models are not compatible due to their unique screw layout.
If unsure, message before purchasing.
Do you offer custom pickguards?
Yes.
Custom builds are available for:
• Tele
• Strat (SSS, HSS, HH)
• Alternative configurations
• Fully custom shapes

Knobs
Are your knobs handcrafted like the pickguards?
Yes.
Epoxica knobs are created using the same resin techniques as our pickguards, ensuring visual continuity and depth.
Each set is individually crafted — not mass produced.
Will the knob pattern match my pickguard exactly?
Knobs are designed to complement, not duplicate.
Because each resin pour is unique, slight variation ensures your instrument retains a cohesive but organic aesthetic.
What types of knobs do you offer?
Available options may include:
• Volume knobs
• Tone knobs
• Strat-style sets
• Tele-style sets
Custom requests are available.
Guitar Pickups
Do you manufacture pickups?
Epoxica focuses primarily on handcrafted resin components and aesthetic upgrades.
If pickups are offered, they are either:
• Professionally sourced
• Custom coordinated for specific builds
Details will always be clearly stated in the listing.
Can you color-match pickups to a pickguard?
In many cases, yes.
Custom aesthetic coordination is available for select builds. Contact us to discuss your configuration.
