Processing Time (Handcrafted Products)

Most Epoxica items are handcrafted and may require processing before shipping.

Ready-to-ship items usually ship within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order items typically ship within 3–10 business days.
Custom orders or full guitar builds vary depending on complexity and will be confirmed after purchase.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free Shipping (USA Only – Small Items)

We often offer FREE shipping within the United States on eligible small items such as pickguards, knobs, picks, and accessories.

If your order qualifies, free shipping will appear automatically at checkout.

Please note: Free shipping applies to U.S. orders only.

For international customers, shipping rates vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.

Important: Guitars Are Not Eligible for Free Shipping

Free shipping does not apply to full guitars, guitar bodies, or large/heavy shipments.

Because guitars require specialized packaging, insurance, and carrier handling, guitar shipping is always calculated at checkout.

Customers may choose their preferred shipping method before completing their purchase, including standard or expedited options when available.

Insured shipping is strongly recommended for guitar orders.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the box, packaging, and damaged item. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
