Refunds & Returns Policy

 

At Epoxica Guitars, every product is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our work. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Please review our returns and refunds policy below.


Return Eligibility (14-Day Window)

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery if they are not fully satisfied with their purchase.

To start a return, please email info@epoxicaguitars.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Once your request is reviewed, you will receive return instructions.

Returns requested after the 14-day window may not be accepted.


Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original condition

  • Returned in original packaging whenever possible

Items showing signs of installation, modification, damage, or heavy wear may be refused or subject to partial refund at our discretion.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned products before approving any refund.


Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee may apply to certain returned items. This fee helps cover processing, inspection, and repackaging costs associated with handcrafted products.

The restocking fee (when applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of many Epoxica products, the following items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Full guitars or guitar bodies

  • Personalized or modified products

  • Clearance or final sale items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for returns. Epoxica Guitars is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Refunds will be issued minus:

  • Any applicable 10% restocking fee

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable)


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us first at info@epoxicaguitars.com so we can confirm availability and provide next steps.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and product

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production or shipping begins. Once an item has entered production or has shipped, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

Custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
